Their Love Story:

They like to say that they met in one of the most “millennial” ways possible....on Tinder. Tyler was working second shift at the time, so after Sarah showed MANY friends his pictures, they had their first date at One Well at 11 PM and the rest is history!

The Proposal:

Durning the summer of 2021, Sarah wanted to go to Sleeping Bear Dunes and had started looking into places to stay. Tyler quickly took that over and insisted they book a place that allowed them to bring their dog Riggs as well. They stayed in Traverse City and on the second day they took Riggs out for a hike at Sleeping Bear Dunes where Tyler had already meticulously planned out all their hiking stops. At the top of one of the dunes he was complaining of there being too many people, he thought they should stop and eat lunch, so they walked over to the side of the trail. Sarah turned around fully expecting a sandwich, but instead he had a ring! She immediately started crying and of course said yes! Then proceeded to cry a contact right out of her eye and had to hike the two miles back with blurry vision! He also had planned a private car to take them to dinner at a restaurant on the water with champagne waiting for them later that night. Everything was perfect. 

The Vibe:

Sarah and Tyler will forever remember their first look and their pup Riggs who joined them in their ceremony. They enjoyed creating a classic modern style for their wedding day and dancing with their friends and family all night long! 

The Vendors: 

Their beautiful day was made possible by all of their talented vendors. Moments they will treasure forever were captured by Lyndsey Boyd with Sol Luna Photography. Their wedding coordinator Brittany Chesney with 1945 Event Co. was there all day to help with every detail. The wedding florals were from Alex Nazar Floral. Hair and makeup were through Leah Nicole Bridal and Alder Studios. The bride’s beautiful gown was from Becker’s Bridal. Friends and family danced for hours thanks to Wiser Productions.  And last but definitely not least an incredible meal was provided by Pigs Head Barbeque. Be sure to check these vendors out!
